3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

qq21 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. All verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely.

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

• Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay
• Other payment methods as may be added from time to time

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (06:00 - 22:00 WIB) and within 24 hours for off-hour transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified with all requested KYC documents approved.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the Account, unless otherwise approved by qq21 for security reasons.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 unless otherwise specified.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

For sports betting markets, including football (bandar bola), the following rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds and stake confirmed at the time of bet placement.
• qq21 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, except in cases of obvious error.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results from recognized sports authorities.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round is completed.

10. Account Closure and Termination

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any amounts obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity. You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
